What the service does
MyRealm Vault stores files you upload and gives you a link that lets other people download them. Anyone holding a link can download the file it points to, unless you protect the link with a password, set it to expire, cap its downloads, or turn it off.
You do not need an account to download a file. You do need one to upload.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
What you may not upload
You may not upload anything you do not have the right to share, anything unlawful, malware, or material that sexually exploits children. Uploads are scanned for malware, and a file that fails the scan is not served to anyone.
We remove content and suspend accounts for these reasons, and we report what the law requires us to report.
Storage and availability
Plans have a storage quota and a maximum file size. Exceeding your quota stops new uploads; it does not delete what you have already stored.
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, and we are not a backup service. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Deleting your content
Deleting a file turns off every link to it immediately. The stored copy is removed after 7 days, which exists so an accidental deletion can be undone.
You can close your account at any time. Closing it deletes your files on the same schedule.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, in Indian Rupees, through our payment gateway. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We never see or store your card details. They go to the payment gateway directly.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents us.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
